Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will be happy to replace the product or, in the case of internet purchases, to provide a refund.

Return instructions are listed below:

• Product should be returned within 21 days of the original order date.

• To comply with Government Health Regulations they must be unworn and unwashed.

• Please include your receipt and indicate why you have returned the goods.

If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We will certainly provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.

Refund

If a refund is requested, please send your instructions to mark@radicoolcanada.com, and we will issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of your order, less the delivery charges.
